Due to the improvement in temperatures, the Kashmiri school education
officials instructed on Monday to modify the start and end times of classes. Depending on when the moon appears, the valley's schools will be closed for the Eid holidays, which begin on April 10 or 11.
In a directive, the Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK) declared that schools located inside the municipal boundaries of the Srinagar district shall continue to operate from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The new schedule for schools in other districts and regions of the province of Kashmir was set at 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
According to the DSEK directive, "Any deviation in this regard will be viewed seriously." "All the concerned institutions must strictly adhere to the given order and instructions."
